Appealing and functional farm, with warehouses and trout farming equipment. Surrounded by water, bordering a river and a levada, it was dedicated to trout farming, with scale production for human consumption. The installation of logistics for aquaculture, associated with the waters that border the property, is evident, through the capture of surface water. With two pavilions, in 3 articles (land with 15819 m², with a building implantation of 5603 m2; land with 305 m², with a gross construction area of ​​355 m²; land with 6046 m², with a building implantation area of ​​240 m²) , the structure of the farm is made up of warehouses for industrial activity, tanks/deposits and aquifers, surrounded by a beautiful landscape. The area, located in the extreme northeast of the municipality of Pombal, at the confluence of this municipality with those of Soure and Ansião, extends along the north and west slopes of the Serra de Sicó. Inserted in the Beiras Wine Route, it is described as a very picturesque village, with its mills powered by the Anços stream, a tributary of Arunca. A land that seems set up in a theatrical artifice, where almost everything is majestically small, next to a river, profiled by multiple wheels of water mills, many of them still active, which crosses the village, with the flow of a stream, but promises of strength and floods.
