Adriano was extremely helpful!

We are super glad we worked with Adriano in this process. It was incredibly helpful to have someone help us navigate the local situation without living in the area. He was super patient with our somewhat chaotic search and helped us look at lots of different houses to get a better feel for what exactly we want (and where). His help in scheduling and managing appointments was invaluable and his guidance on what to look for during the viewings was great. It took a few months but we eventually found a great house and we're glad we listened to Adriano and were patient and didn't commit too early. He was also very helpful in sorting out the official paperwork and mortgage arrangements. Great mix of bureaucratic and emotional support throughout! :D
