The village of Variz, 10 km from Mogadouro, Trás-os-Montes. Quiet and well placed, this village is at the crossroads of destinations with a rich heritage (Porto at 230km IC5 - A4, and Salamanca at 130km ...) Exceptional panoramas, local traditions and preserved heritage. The houses are scattered in various places, with greater concentration around the main church. The village is very quiet, but you will find 2 cafés serving local specialities. Variz is an annex of the parish of Penas Roias. It is located just over 11 km from Mogadouro - the county seat, and about 85 km from Bragança. Located next to the parish church, with one entrance and another through the main street, this house has a ground floor and a first floor. On the ground floor there is the kitchen, a living room, a dining room, a bathroom, a pantry and some storage rooms. In the inner hallway, the stairs leading to the first floor which has 4 bedrooms and a bathroom.
