Sara was amazing to work with and honestly made one of the hardest parts of moving countries so much easier. She was able to help me secure an apartment in Porto while I was still living in the States, which would have been extremely difficult to do without her. She answered every question we had, went to different apartments for us, gave us remote viewings, and gave her honest opinion on the apartments and the areas they were in. She was also really knowledgeable about what to look for and what to avoid in apartments in Porto. She checked for things like humidity or possible mold issues, and made sure the apartment actually met what we were looking for, not just on paper but in person too. She also communicated with the landlord and handled the Portuguese language side of things, which would have been very difficult for us to do from another continent. Because of Sara, we were able to secure the apartment we wanted before we even arrived in Portugal. When I finally moved to Porto, she was at the apartment waiting to meet me and hand over the keys. She is extremely kind, trustworthy, knowledgeable, and professional. We felt safe and secure working with her the entire time, and I genuinely wouldn’t change anything if I had to do it all over again. Even a year and a half after signing the lease, if I had a question, I could still reach out to her and she would answer with the same kindness and professionalism as she did on day one. I really couldn’t imagine doing this without her. Thank you, Sara, for making our lives so much less stressful and helping us with arguably the hardest part of moving to a different country.

Desde a primeira conversa que tivemos a Sara teve a capacidade de perceber logo as minhas necessidades de procura de casa! Conseguiu perceber o que realmente me era mais importante e mais necessário, até mesmo quando eu não sabia bem o que é que queria! Com uma atenção brilhante ao pormenor a Sara entra em qualquer casa e percebe logo quais as qualidades, os defeitos, os feitios, todos os traços e percebe logo se é uma casa que se adapta à procura ou não! Foi incansável, nunca tentou alimentar um "talvez" para despachar trabalho. Se havia o mínimo de dúvida era a primeira a dizer "seguimos para a próxima!" de sorriso na cara! Quando finalmente encontramos a casa para mim ela ficou radiante, tal como uma boa profissional ficaria de um trabalho bem feito! E mesmo depois de tudo acompanhou o processo todo de venda, garantiu que estava tudo dentro dos parametros e que estava tudo pronto! Foi mais do que eu poderia esperar e ainda bem porque tive ao meu lado uma profissional incansável! Obrigado Sara!
